DEALER SALES EXECUTIVE, for Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, AP and Telengana.
Preferably from Sofas and Furniture industry or from B2B Sales background.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Responsible for finding new dealers, manage existing dealers and manage business.
  • Managing the current portfolio of business, by understanding the market dynamics.
  • Finding new opportunities in new locations for appointing dealers who will fit into the business ethos of Indroyal.
  • Frequent connect and visit to the existing dealer for re-order, push and sale the product of Indroyal so that the reorder is assured.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with the dealers to have a long term business association with Indroyal.
  • Excellent rapport with the new dealer to pitch first order and repeat order in future.
  • Ensure target momentum by adding and maintaining the dealer.
  • Work towards excellent customer rapport in terms of B2B business front.
  • Ensure the ordered products are reached at the dealer point and rigorous follow up with the factory.
  • Ensure the TATs are maintained for payment realization from the vendors.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities connected to the dealer sales perspective, from time to time.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
