Company Description :

Leena AI is a Gen AI assistant that helps enterprises reduce 70% of employee tickets across functions like HR, IT, and Finance by centralizing knowledge and automating actions across enterprise applications making enterprise employee service delivery quicker and more efficient than ever before.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Consultant with over 7 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and translating them into effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Work with internal teams (sales, tech, product, implementation) to deliver IT projects and build new features.

Sales/Pre-sales :

- Identify and automate use cases using existing functionalities.

- Resolve customer queries related to security, infrastructure, and future scope.

- Assist in basic proof-of-concept (POC) with the implementation team.

Implementation :

- Create and execute scripts based on functional requirements.

- Install services like AD connectors on client systems.

- Address infrastructure and security queries.

- Manage new integrations, such as CyberArk.

Engineering/Product :

- Identify edge cases or issues with existing features.

- Assist developers with technical challenges.

- Test new features and confirm automation feasibility.

Required Skills And Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or IT consulting.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Technical proficiency in IT automation, Windows & Mac architecture, and MS Active Directory.

- Expert understanding of Microsoft tools/services like Intune, SCCM, Firewall, Group Policy Management Console as well as End-point Management Solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Client-focused with solid sales acumen.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Having relevant certifications (eg: AWS, Azure) would be a bonus.

Skills : it automation, windows, mac, architecture, active directory, intune, system center configuration manager (sccm),firewall, aws, azure.
