Position Summary:

Looking

for a Performance Marketing Manager to develop a world-class performance marketing operation that can scale our user base. Candidate would be someone who is able to proactively strategize, and create a predictable and scalable digital customer acquisition machine. Gradually the candidate will have full ownership of our paid media spend, digital channel mix, and its execution and constant testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign ManagementPerformance marketing managers are tasked with creating and overseeing acquisition campaigns across a spectrum of digital channels. These­ campaigns are meticulously crafted with the­ dual purpose of driving revenue­ and maximizing return on investment (ROI). The­y utilize various platforms, including social media, search e­ngine marketing (SEM), E-mail marketing and display advertising.Data-driven OptimizationA significant part of a performance marketing manager's role involves the continuous analysis and optimization of campaign performance. They utilize­ data-driven insights to optimize strategie­s and achieve superior outcome­s. Employing quantitative analysis, they ensure­ that each campaign is highly effective­, with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI).Issue IdentificationIdentifying and resolving marketing performance issues is another crucial aspect of the role. With the aid of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, performance marketing managers dig deep into data to unearth any problems and perform root cause analysis. Paid Advertising ExpertiseGiven that a significant portion of performance marketing involves paid ads on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, a deep understanding of these platforms is crucial. Proficiency in paid advertising maximizes visibility, engagement, and conversions while optimizing ad spend

SEO and SEM KnowledgeAlongside paid advertising, understanding search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) is vital. This knowledge ensures that content and ads are easily discoverable by users in organic search results, complementing paid strategies and enhancing overall visibility.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)It's not enough to drive traffic; a performance marketing manager must excel in converting that traffic into valuable leads or sales. Proficiency in CRO practices ensures that campaigns not only attract attention but also lead to measurable actions, increasing return on investment.

Effective Budget ManagementPerformance marketing campaigns can quickly become costly. Effective budget management is essential to allocate funds optimally, delivering the best results without overspending. It's about achieving high returns with cost efficiency, maintaining a balanced investment-to-return ratio.

Manage advertisement spends across platforms and channels to generate leads, create connections leading to generating conversations and engagement.

Qualification:

MBA with 3 years or more
