Performance Marketing Manager

Your contribution to the team:Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platformsWork closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goalsDevelop and execute effective Ad campaign strategiesMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvementCreate compelling ad copy and visual assetsManage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectivelyStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketingProvide regular reports and analyses to the founder on campaign performance
Our ideal candidate must have:At least 3 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns.Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practicesProficiency in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads platformsExperience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversionsFamiliarity with campaign budget managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and manage a team of 5-6 peopleStrong communication and presentation skillsFacebook Ads certifications are a plus
Other details:Office Location - Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.Work Type - In-Office, Fulltime.Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)Compensation - Above industry standards and depending on your experience and expertise
