About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide valuable experience in all stages of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a keen interest in talent acquisition and human resource practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing candidates using various platforms
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Post job openings on internal and external job portals
  • Support HR team in employer branding initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
  • Prepare reports and recruitment-related documentation as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in recruitment and HR practices
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
