Beat Educations is a leading EdTech company offering career-oriented diploma programs in high-demand fields such as Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, SAP, and HR. We aim to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing students with practical skills and industry-aligned training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit colleges, universities, and other educational institutions in and around Calicut.
  • Conduct career orientation sessions and awareness programs for students.
  • Build strong relationships with placement officers, department heads, and student coordinators.
  • Promote Beat Educations' diploma and certification programs to potential candidates.
  • Generate and follow up on leads collected during college visits and events.
  • Organise and participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
  • Maintain records of visits, leads, and enrolments.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and counselings teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing, business development, or educational sales.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Comfortable addressing student groups and presenting confidently.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory) and English.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and energetic.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Calicut and nearby areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
