About the Role:
We are looking for a female Sales Coordinator with strong communication and convincing skills to join our growing team in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and customer interactions.
  • Handle client queries and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales quotations, reports, and maintain client records.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in an engineering or manufacturing company is an advantage.
