1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, retailers, and distributors to promote FMCG products.
  • Generate sales leads and pass them on to field sales teams for conversion.
  • Inform customers about new launches, offers, schemes, and promotions.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle inbound queries related to product details, pricing, availability, and schemes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors through regular follow-up.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues to concerned departments.

3. Sales Support

  • Coordinate with field sales teams for order booking and delivery updates.
  • Record customer requirements and ensure timely processing.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,922.63 per month
