Job Opening: Telecaller – Boon School of Design, Ambattur

Boon School of Design, Ambattur, is hiring a confident and result-driven Telecaller to join our outreach and admissions team. If you have a pleasant voice, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available courses
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain a database of interested candidates and update call status regularly
  • Schedule appointments for counseling sessions or campus visits
  • Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM usage preferred)
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
