Experience: 1–2 years in sales or business development (preferably in leather/textile industry)
Languages Required: English, Hindi, Tamil (must be fluent in all three)
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in leather/textile or marketing and a passion for building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the leather/textile sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored product/service solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Leather/Textile Technology or BBA/MBA in Marketing.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the leather or textile industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
