Backed by top investors and a strong team, we are scaling rapidly across India and beyond.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who will own and drive all paid marketing efforts across platforms. The individual will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across *Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and other digital channels*. This role requires deep technical expertise, sharp analytical skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale budgets in high-growth D2 C environments.Key Responsibilities* Own and manage the end-to-end performance marketing function for Bambinos.live.* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms.* Lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.* Build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel, ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks are consistently achieved.* Run rapid experiments with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.* Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.* Build robust tracking and reporting mechanisms, leveraging tools like GA4, GTM, Apps Flyer, or equivalent.* Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to maximize performance.Requirements* 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2 C brand.* Proven track record of *managing ₹2–3 Cr monthly ad spends* across multiple platforms.* Deep expertise in *Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Tik Tok Ads*, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.* Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.* Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Apps Flyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and growth teams.* Bias for action, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.What We Offer* Opportunity to lead performance marketing for one of India’s fastest-growing Ed Tech brands*.* Exposure to multi-country, multi-platform growth strategies.* A culture that values ownership, speed, and innovation.* Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
