is hiring for Enterprise Sales (Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore) who will oversee maximizing the revenue of the company. Applicants must have relevant work experience of 3 to 7 years. Open positions are across the board. Their task is to set realistic expectations and push through on expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible. They need to strategize avenues to make revenue for our existing products as well as suggest and implement newer product ideas. They will be responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.Responsibilities of the Candidate:Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and servicesPresent, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduleCoordinate sales efforts with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsSoft Skills Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy.Location:

Eligibility:Relevant work experience of 3 to 7 Years in B2B/ IT salesCandidates should hold a B.Tech degree(CS / IT / Electronics) (MBA will be a plus)Brownie points for the members of the placement team of the institution or during MBABrownie points if candidates have participated in campus engagements during their graduation/post-graduationCandidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference.Candidates with any kind of IT product sales background will be preferredCompensation:As per industry standards.
