  14. Team Mentoring: Leading and mentoring a team of junior business development professionals.

  15. Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment on business goals and projects.

  16. Financial Acumen & Budgeting :

  17. Budget Management: Managing budgets for business development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  18. Revenue Forecasting: Forecasting and tracking revenue growth and performance against targets.

  19. Reporting & Communication :

  20. Reporting: Regularly reporting to senior management on progress, performance, and challenges.

  21. KPIs & Metrics: Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of development initiatives.

  22. Innovation & Problem-Solving :

  23. Innovative Solutions: Developing and suggesting new business models, products, or services to diversify revenue streams.

  24. Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving challenges that arise during the business development process.

  25. Brand & Market Positioning :

  26. Brand Strategy: Promoting and strengthening the company's brand and positioning within the industry.

  27. Thought Leadership: Sharing insights and trends to position the company as an industry leader.
