Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager based in New Delhi at CRM Messaging. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our B2B SaaS communication solutions in the region. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our platform can address their business communication challenges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and position our solutions to address those needs
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them in the sales process
  • Use HubSpot to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales strategies and campaigns
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast to management

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in messaging, voice, and business communication space
  • Proficiency in HubSpot is a must
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with Zoho, GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Compensation

  • Salary: 3.5 - 7 LPA
