Job Overview: Interior company by Square yards is seeking a qualified sales manager for an Interior domain to keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Ideal sales manager needs to have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force. Key Responsibilities: Represent Interior company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance. Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Also should be open for client visits. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys business and customer base and ensures its strong presence. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Qualifications: Any Bachelors degree. Successful previous experience as an Asst sales manager or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. 4+ years of total experience with 2 years of team handling experience. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Proven success rate at levels above quotas. Superb leadership ability. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri)
