Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Brand Solutions Executives to join our Brand Sales Team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background in software, technology products, insurance, or banking products, with a passion for brand and advertising sales. The Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities with clients across multiple industries. This role requires a persuasive communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can successfully meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition & Relationship Building


  • Identify and prospect potential clients for brand and advertising opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and proposing relevant brand solutions.


Sales Target Achievement


  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Generate and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new opportunities.
  • Close deals effectively, negotiating terms and pricing to secure contracts while maximizing revenue.


Market Research & Strategy


  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop sales strategies tailored to different client segments and sectors.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.


Sales Reporting & Coordination


  • Prepare regular sales reports to track progress, achievements, and forecast future sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align on campaign strategies and product positioning.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions and knowledge sharing.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:


  • Sales Experience : Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in software, technology, insurance, or banking product sales.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals and securing long-term contracts.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Passionate about delivering value to clients and building lasting business relationships.
  • Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.


Other Requirements:


Location : Candidate must be based in Mumbai and available for daily attendance at our office.
