 Sr. HR Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top-tier talent, developing and executing recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The Senior HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment processes, and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Managing Team: Ensuring productivity involves several key practices, strategies and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive informed decisions and strategies.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in specific IT industries or sectors relevant to the organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR principles, recruitment best practices, and labor laws.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
