Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, providing expert advice on fitness and nutrition plans. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion and a commitment to deliver a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:Assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand their fitness and nutrition objectives, and offer tailored recommendations.

Plan Expertise:Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our fitness and nutrition plan range.

Sales Achievement:Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers, promoting relevant plans, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Employ upselling techniques where appropriate to enhance the customer experience.

Consultative Selling:Provide personalised consultations to help customers make well-informed decisions regarding their health and wellness needs. Communicate benefits and usage effectively.

Customer Service:Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Foster a positive and supportive environment to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications:Experience:

Previous experience in sales is preferred, ideally in the fitness or nutrition sector.Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers. Demonstrated sales ability and a proactive approach to customer service.Knowledge:

Basic understanding of fitness and nutrition concepts. Willingness to continuously learn and stay informed about industry trends and new plan offerings.Availability:

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. And willing to work from office.
