Role Summary

We are seeking a female candidate with a Mechanical Diploma /Engineering background who can manage presentations, client follow-ups, technical support, and back-office marketing for Hexagon (primary focus) and Virtek products. The role involves sales support, application engineering, and marketing coordination to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Hexagon (Radquote, Radbend, RadDesign, etc )

Handle Hexagon 3D scanning and metrology solutions presentations and demos.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for Hexagon software and hardware.

Assist clients with product selection, quotations, and technical clarifications.

Manage follow-ups and order closures in coordination with sales.

Support installation and application troubleshooting when required.

Virtek (Secondary Focus)

Conduct product Online demonstrations, training, and presentations for Virtek laser projection systems.

Support sales and marketing activities (flyers, content, CRM updates).

Assist service team in basic installation, testing, and client queries.

General Responsibilities

Prepare and share technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Maintain CRM with updated leads, enquiries, and client interactions.

Coordinate internally with service, logistics, and documentation teams.

Provide back-office marketing support (email campaigns, WhatsApp updates, client flyers).

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

Knowledge of CAD, CAM, scanning, or automation systems preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory).

Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.

Preferred Profile

Female candidate with a professional and proactive approach.

Strong interest in Hexagon solutions (scanners, digitizers, inspection software).

Basic exposure to industrial / aerospace / automotive clients is an advantage.
