- Experience in bid management, solutioning, proposal creation and bid defence presentation and other presales activities
- Expertise in developing compelling win themes and integrating them into proposal responses.
- Anchoring responses to proactive (proposals) as well as reactive (RFP/RFI/RFT/RFQ) bids as SPOC for timely submission
- Proactively identify and propose improvements or innovations to product functionalities or processes as per client requirements
- Coordinate between sales and technical team to provide the best proposed solution.
- End -to- end ownership of the proposal submission for timely submission
- Mapping Customer requirements to the product and proposing tailored technical solutionMust Have:
- Hands on experience in proposal writing
- Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and a good understanding of end-to-end sales life cycle.
- Good understanding of IT Landscape from traditional stack (SDLC) to NextGen Stack (Web, Mobile, cloud, big data, AI, IOT, etc)
- Good presentation skills, well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposal, bid defence presentations, case studies and other collaterals.
- Strong Analytical skills for requirement and feature mapping
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities Basic Qualifications:
- MBA with good industry experience from A School
- Bachelor’s degree in BTECH computer science or MCA
- 4+ years of Presales experience
- Preferred Energy and Utility experience
