Role Overview:


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving our agency’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential healthcare clients, and ultimately increasing our client base through effective lead generation strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients in the healthcare industry through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing connections.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored pitches and proposals that meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client and market insights to inform agency marketing strategies and service offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure that client needs are met and that new campaigns are successfully implemented.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of business development success, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related marketing field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • High level of initiative, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
