About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Manager/AGM of Brand to lead our brand strategy and organic growth initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining our brand narrative, increasing awareness, and driving lead generation through organic efforts across all platforms. You will report to the Head of Marketing and be based in Kurla, Mumbai, with occasional travel to our clinics.
What Youll Own
1. Brand Strategy and Positioning
- Develop and execute the brand strategy, including defining our brand positioning, core messaging, and "reason to believe" that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure a unified brand voice and visual identity across all communication channels, from our clinics to our digital platforms.
- Conduct market and brand perception analysis to continuously refine our brand narrative.
2. Organic Growth and Lead Generation
- Drive lead generation through organic channels such as our website, social media, and public relations.
- Develop and implement a compelling content strategy that attracts, engages, and converts a qualified audience.
- Manage SEO and content marketing initiatives to maximize our organic reach and visibility.
3. Creative Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, creative writers, and videographers.
- Manage workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure the creative team delivers high-quality content that aligns with brand goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment where creative excellence thrives.
4. Performance Optimization and Innovation
- Monitor and analyze brand effectiveness metrics (e.g., brand awareness, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead quality).
- Track and analyze ROI, using insights to make necessary changes and optimize initiatives.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and innovation, regularly testing new organic strategies and channels to find scalable solutions for brand growth.
- Present compelling reports on brand performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Impact Measurement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and clinical staff, to ensure brand consistency.
- Prepare and present compelling reports on brand effectiveness and value to senior leadership.
What Were Looking For
Experience
- 5-10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in brand management, with a strong focus on building brands organically rather than through paid media.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a creative team.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, D2C, or B2C service industries is highly preferred.
Skills & Expertise
- Deep understanding of brand positioning, brand awareness, and how to build a powerful reason to believe through authentic storytelling and content.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging websites, social media platforms, and public relations to drive brand growth and generate qualified leads.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking, with excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in performance analysis and using data to inform brand strategy.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
Education
Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a Top-Tier institution is highly desirable.
