JOB SUMMARY

(Brief about the existence of the position)

  • Selling Hollow Metal Doors(HMD)
  • Involves Business Development including Project selling and channel sales development
  • Cover and increase the market / market share and communicate with decision makers, like end clients, architects, consultants to bring profitable business to the organization.
  • Responsible for the business growth as well as profitability in the region.
  • Communicate, coach, motivate and lead the sales team effectively.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

  • Responsible for end to end activities of the branch & after sales services.
  • Responsible for the overall sales and collection for his allocated region.
  • Provide necessary information and reports as required by the Management from time to time.
  • Meet architects / consultants / PMC for specifying our products and developing relation to help business growth
  • Develop new customers / area(s) & manage existing customers
  • Promote channel partners and develop sales in unrepresented areas
  • Will be responsible for the top line growth and achievement of set targets on monthly / quarterly and yearly basis
  • Should be willing to manage product mix as decided by company.
  • Provide necessary help and support to team members

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

(Apart from regular activities )

  • Customer relations management and customer service for both Internal & external customers.

( Key skills requires)

  • Selling experience in Building Materials (viz., Doors, Windows, Tiles, Sanitary-ware, Ply, Hardware, Glazing, Interiors), elevators / escalator/ electrical equipment / material handling equipment / generators / switch gears / cold room equipment, he should be well versed to sell industrial product & steel doors.
  • Managing the overall operations of the region.
  • Ability to scout, onboard and handle channel partners
  • Ability to work independently and get the desired business
  • Should be willing to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in MS office i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Preferably from Building Materials (viz., Doors, Windows, Tiles, Sanitary-ware, Ply, Hardware, Glazing, Interiors), elevators / escalator/ electrical equipment / material handling equipment / generators / switch gears / cold room equipment.
