The Role – Growth Strategist (Founder’s Office)

As a Growth Strategist, you’ll be at the forefront of CommsCredible’s expansion, working directly with the leadership team to identify, develop, and execute high-impact growth initiatives. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, action-oriented young professional who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to help scale a fast-

growing communications consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives : Identify new market opportunities, develop bundled product offerings, and craft go-to-market strategies to drive CommsCredible’s growth across India and global markets.


  • Business Development : Scout partnerships, nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, and spearhead collaborations with global brands and startups to drive growth.


  • Operational Excellence : Streamline processes, optimize workflows, and ensure the timely execution of key projects with internal teams for on-ground execution, driving measurable outcomes.
