Fullstack Lead and manage project plans, budgets, scope, and schedules.

Interact with the stakeholders to define and finalize the project objectives. Hold regular team meetings to allocate tasks to the teammates. Work with the technology for each project while updating it when advanced versions are released. Update stakeholders via regular reports. Establish and train teams, when necessary, on technical processes and strategies. Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including personnel assignments and reviews. Establish and implement training methods for technical personnel. Key skills
  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in Angular, Node JS and Java development
  • Be an individual contributor and lead a team of 10+ software developers.
  • Design, develop, modify, implement, and complete ownership & accountability for software modules.
  • Determine the root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
  • Work with the Technology Head / Architect in determining process improvements and coding best practices.
  • Interact and coordinate with Product Team for designing and maintaining software documentation.
  • Broad experience in designing, programming, and implementing large-scale consumer-facing platforms.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience using system monitoring tools and infrastructure including Cloud technology like AWS/Azure/Google.
  • Experience with front-end development principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
