We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced .NET Full Stack Tech Lead to join our team remotely on a long-term contract basis.

You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of our .NET applications, from leading the design and architecture to mentoring junior developers and ensuring smooth deployments.

You will be the technical point person, guiding the team towards efficient and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and implementation of complex .NET applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, and C#.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs for web services.

- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and knowledge.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Utilize Visual Studio 2022 and previous versions effectively for development.

- Build user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Knockout, and Angular.

- Leverage LINQ and Entity Framework for data access and manipulation.

- Implement version control practices using Team Foundation Server, Azure Dev Ops, GitHub, or other relevant tools.

- Manage and maintain SQL Server 2016+ databases.

- Develop batch packages using SSIS.

- Create reports using SSRS.

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate builds and deployments.

- Possess a strong understanding of database modeling and design principles.

- Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting (a plus).

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the .NET ecosystem and cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, AWS).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development using .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, C#).

- Proven experience leading and mentoring a development team.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Passion for building high-quality software and a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
