Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialised segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.
About the RoleWe are looking to onboard a Business Development Lead for our Hyderabad location.

Areas of Focus
Clinical Community BuildingIdentify the right communitiesCommunicate Sukoon’s clinical productDeliver "Sukoon Standard" events and experiencesBuild relationships with key stakeholdersAdhere to set targets and budgets
InsuranceIdentify key insurers for different micro-marketsCreate an empanelment plan in line with targetsEnsure timely recoveriesEnsure a seamless insurance experienceEnsure a healthy claim rate in line with targets
ConversionWork with cross-functional teams to ensure dissemination strategies are inline with targetsSign off any collateral being publishedEnsure a seamless patient experience for the entire funnelWork closely with content teams to develop vernacular communication
PartnershipsLead strategic clinical partnerships according to micro marketsBuild relationships with corporates and institutions in line with AOPDevelop relationships with public health entities
QualificationsStrong background in healthcare sales and business development10+ years of experience in a business development / sales role within a established organisation as a LeaderExcellent communication skillsAbility to build teamsDetail orientedAbility to understand and present clinical dataFlexibility to cope with changing product and strategies
