Looking for a AM - Training for Apple (Imagine)Job Location - Jakkur Bangalore

Roles & Responsibility :

Provide coaching and mentorship to trainers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-impact sessions.Well Versed with Apple Eco SystemEffectively lead and inspire a small team of trainers to deliver high-impact, goal-oriented training programs that drive both individual growth and organizational success.Partner with store managers and leadership to align training initiatives with business prioritiesMaintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and evaluation results.Designing and executing orientation programs for sales teamsConducting onboarding training sessions for new hiresActing as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they face on the job.Observe how salespeople interact with clients to identify areas of improvementDetermine training needs both for individuals and teamsOrganize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g. how to overcome objections)Advise salespeople how to upsell products and servicesApply various sales training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies and group activities)Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materialDocument the activities in a report and share the same with higher managementCollaborate with store managers and cluster managers to identify training needs and provide ongoing support and coaching to enhance employee performance.Stay up-to-date with audio industry trends and best practices in retail training and incorporate them into training programs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
