1. Collate & Maintain Information: for all academic matters, such as classroom allocation, faculty and fellow mapping, course uploads on student portals, grade assessments, keeping a track of internal assessments and scores, keep a close tab on scheduled academic and cocurricular activities.
2. Curate, monitor and analyse attendance data: on a fortnightly basis and share the low attendance records with the team, keep records of any medical certificates, leave reports, On Duty Leaves, map the attendance on student portals, manage approvals of student requests if required on the application portal in consonance with the school policies & processes and co-ordinate with the wardens in case of unauthorized leave concerns for smooth implementation of processes and protocols.
3. Provide administrative support to the Team by assisting in blocking the Team’s calendar for all important sessions, workshops, seminars, short courses and other activities. Maintain the academic calendar and keep it updated with any changes, alterations in line with the timetable, proactively preparing procurement lists for any student events and activities and ensuring that the process to avail required facilities is initiated without any delay,
4. Act as first point of Contact for the Team and coordinate with other teams/ departments for facilitating all the tasks. Initiate, schedule, manage all the meetings with students, parents, student committees, clubs and societies, on behalf of the Team to ensure timely completion of proposed events.
5. Assist the Program Team members in the upkeep of the course list, course manuals, library related coordination, keeping a track of Class Representative Queries, scheduling Open Houses and keeping minutes of the important meetings of the team, regularly accessing the student suggestion box and raising appropriate concerns with the team, extending support with the exam related procedures and maintain detailed records of the exam related material such as answer scripts, follow up on the loss of ID card emails and coordinate with the facilities team to expediate the process.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate with 2-3 years experience working in program management or relevant field
The successful candidate must have good skills in writing and communication, organization and administration, preferably along with some experience in systems management
The candidate should have prior knowledge of data handling, as analyzing student data for understanding trends and projections is an essential requirement of the job
The candidate should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, in which new challenges and demands sometimes arise on short notice, and with a tightly-knit team of motivated professionals
Excellent communication and networking skills, influencing & negotiation skills
Student centered professional in higher education with the ability and experience to interact and support a diverse student body in a positive, friendly, and welcoming manner
Understanding of Indian Higher Education landscape and related policies
Passion for building world class institutions of higher education, with a keen interest in legal education
