The incumbent will be responsible for the following:· Stakeholder Relationship Management: The incumbent will work with the sponsor organization(s), government stakeholders, institutions, industry at large and with internal stakeholders. S/he will ensure that all relationships are managed well and remain healthy. o Outreach to government/academic institutions to pitch the program and drive student participationo Identify and work with SPOC in academic/government institutions to calendarize student/beneficiary engagemento Collaborate with local SPOCs to monitor progress of the program, ensure continuous engagemento Prepare reports for different stakeholders to share program level updates and progresso Identify opportunities to maintain and deepen the engagement / relationship with institute for long-term collaborationso Identify and showcase success stories from program. Amplify stakeholders through channels, as relevant · Team Co-ordination: The incumbent will work with a team of professionals including placement officers, program coordinators and Master Trainers. o Manage the cross-functional implementation teams which are decentralizedo Create and drive continuous monitoring & reporting of implementation team to ensure program outcomes are met at weekly/monthly/quarterly levelso Identify and pre-empt challenges in the program. Work with team members internally and externally to mitigate the challenges to ensure program goals/metrics are meto Create workflows, training plans etc. at programmatic levels to ensure program milestones are achieved· Meeting, preferably exceeding, program goals: Each program managed by EF has different outcomes related to (1) outreach scale (2) training duration, intensity and methodology and (3) student placement in internships, jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities. The PM shall ensure that s/he works with internal and external stakeholders and exceeds all program outcomes/goals.o Define and communicate program & individual level milestones to all team memberso Create frameworks to monitor program outcomes on periodic basis – monthly/quarterly/annuallyo Review progress against metrics periodically and re-strategize amongst key program stakeholders to meet/exceed metrics· Reports: The incumbent will ensure to submit daily reports either on email or through an online micro-site that is developed for each program. S/he will use these submissions as input to submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to all stakeholders, as required, after internal approvals. o Create reporting structures and ensure timely submissiono Collate and consolidate program progress into meaningful inferences through reports submitted to sponsors / other stakeholderso Identify program success stories from team members and communicate to stakeholders. Amplify stories as relevanto Participate and lead all the program review meetings with internal and external stakeholdersEDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in sciences or technology or business from a reputed institution.· Master’s degree in Social Work or an MBA or a formal project management qualification will add to the attractiveness of submitted profiles. · 5-8 years of work experience of relevant experience with large program rollouts, government relationship management and working with academic institutions. · Track record of exceeding goalsPlease apply by sharing your resumes at
