Designation - Zonal Business Manager
HQ - Delhi, Geography to cover - Delhi/ NCR, Haryana,
HQ - Mumbai Geography to cover - Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra
Business Unit - Vascular Access
Expereince - Must have good expereince in hospital sales
Reportees - 25 plus team
Products Portfolio - Infusion Therapy, Surgery and wound drainage, Anaesthesia & respiratory Care, Gastroenterology , Urology
- Devise regional sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met.
- Responsible for developing new key accounts to increase customer base.
- Manage the environment (Customers, Influencers) through clearly established systems / procedures.
- Follow-up with debtors & credit control to ensure timely overall billing & collection.
- Manage KOLs of the region.
- Implement Inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stocks; keep a tab on slow-moving items & achieve a reduction in inventory management cost
- Develop a Channel Distribution strategy and also to ensure timely reporting from dealers on a regular basis.
- Responsible for successfully executing strategies.
Preferred candidate profile -
- Minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience in the medical consumables products, preferably in Infusion / Vascular / critical care portfolio
- Experience in People management, sales management, channel management and key account management
- Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with good negotiation &communications skill
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
