  6. • Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy.

  7. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations

  8. • Resolve escalations and ensure smooth operations across partner touchpoints.

  9. • Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners.

  10. • Provide market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product strategy

  11. • Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives.

  12. • Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal controls.
