We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer who can lead the creation of both
technical documentation
and
customer-facing sales content
. If you can simplify complex concepts into content that drives adoption, trust, and competitive advantage, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality
    technical documentation
    : help guides, API docs, product manuals, and knowledge base articles.
  • Write
    sales enablement content
    such as
    battle cards, buyer guides, sales playbooks, FAQs, and product positioning sheets
    for customer-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and translate technical details into impactful collateral.
  • Ensure
    consistency in messaging, tone, and accuracy
    across all technical and customer-facing materials.
  • Continuously improve content discoverability, usability, and visual presentation.
  • Mentor other writers and establish
    best practices for technical + sales content creation
    .

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a
    Technical Writer / Content Strategist
    , preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
  • Proven track record of writing
    customer-facing collateral
    (battle cards, competitive guides, playbooks, sales enablement assets).
  • Strong ability to understand complex product functionality and communicate it clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, Git, etc.) and content design best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
