Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Publication of Fund position file
  • Weekly update on Burn estimates Vs actuals along with Fund position
  • Review and publication of daily collections report
  • Ensuring that cash transactions are posted on a timely manner
  • Cash flow statement publication.
  • Tracking budgeted Vs Actuals cashflow.
  • Review of Bank Reconciliation Statement
  • Publication of monthly closing Fund position.
  • Assist in preparing the routine management reports.
  • Follow up on debtors overdue and track the collection targets and assist in Cash flow forecasting activities.
  • Coordination with various stakeholders to get the Burn input and burn estimates.
  • Liaison and coordination with Bank on additional facilities any updates.
  • Ensuring compliance with bank requirements.
  • Excellent command on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Liaising with Auditors for the various audit schedules and coordinating for the smooth closure of  audits
  • Track various KPI’s of the company and meet the reporting timelines.

Skillset Required:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Good analytical and logical skills
  • Excellent accounting skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Education :B.Com. Chartered Accountant is a must.
