Dear Candidates,

We are hiring Regional Sales Manager for one of our reputed client leading in Instrumentation manufacturing for Oil and Gas sector.

Education: BE – Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electronic and Instrumentation

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Salary: 5 to 10 LPA

Locations: Mumbai/Pune/Gujarat

Role Description and Role Purpose:

 Be responsible for the generation and management of all aspects of your targeted sales.

 Responsible for making sales calls and visits at customer sites regularly.

 Seek out customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.

 Establish and maintain customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.

 Generate profitable sales orders covering EPC and Oil $ Gas business including

planet/assets located in North and North East regions like GAIL , OIL, ONGC , IOCL etc by

visiting them, making presentations, etc.

 In conjunction with the Reporting Manager you will assist in the sourcing of new customers,

identifying the potential scope of existing customers as well as maintaining contact with

dormant customers.

 You will also be responsible for representing the Company at trade exhibitions, events,

demonstrations, and presentations.

 Where required assist in advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing

special promotions.

 You will also assist in the gathering, analysing, and use of market data. Including all aspects

of new market identification.

 You will lead the proposals process from inquiry to final submission for all opportunities.

 You will produce technically and commercially compliant proposals to agreed timescales and

in accordance with company procedures

 You will assist the Proposals Engineers throughout all stages of the proposal process, from

inquiry to final submission for all system project leads

 Ensure sales lead follow up on all opportunities.

 When required be the primary external customer interface on designated inquiries, this

includes pro–active and responsive interaction with the customer.

 Participate in the creation and idea generation of new marketing campaigns and assist

others with related marketing activities as required.

 You will be assigned and be responsible for the achievement of set sales targets which you

will be required to report on a weekly /monthly basis.

 Update CRM and Maintain/track ongoing opportunity and funnel (KU/MP/WP)
