Job Summary:

Solar Ground Mounted Plant O&M Technician/Sr. Technician

is responsible for the operation, Repair & Maintenance of solar power Plant. The technician has to ensures that the solar PV plants are operated safely, efficiently and in accordance to generation benchmarks of the company.

Key Responsibilities:Ensure all works are performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, company standards.Perform regular maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar PV systems, including electrical (AC & DC) and mechanical component.General maintenance of plant including MMS and maintaining shadow free modules.Operation and maintenance of MCS.Fault identification and rectification of SCB/SMB/Inverter/Panel/transformer/Meter/cables/MC4/Earthing/DC and AC system.Performing cable glanding, termination, crimping and other rectification as per requirement.Perform string monitoring and completing module cleaning targets.Monitor plant daily through SCADA/ Portal.Conducting monthly JMR.Conduct daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual checks, tests and calibration to verify proper operation and conditions.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Maintain accurate records of operation & maintenance and repairs.

Education Qualification:ITI or Diploma in EE/EEE/EC

Experience:Minimum 1-5 years or more experience in solar O&M.

Key Skills:Good understanding of PV systems and Electrical Concepts of AC & DC.Well aware about ground mount plant safety practices.Well Proficient with hand and power tools and instruments used in solar Plants.Ability to work in Indoors & outdoors in various weather conditions at site.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good physical condition.Basic computer skills.Good communication skills.Goal oriented.

Salary:Salary based on experience and qualifications.
