Job Summary:


Solar Ground Mounted Plant O&M AM/DM/Manager is responsible for the operation, Repair & Maintenance of solar power Plant. The AM/DM/Manager has to ensures that the solar PV plants are operated safely, efficiently and in accordance to generation benchmarks of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling Site administrations as per company Guidelines
  2. Follow ups with local authorities/ Gov. Agencies for plant works/issues.
  3. Maintaining necessary approvals/Certificate/NOC.
  4. Coordination with local communities, Contractors, Suppliers.
  5. Ensuring desired compliances are executed on time.
  6. Opex cost optimization.
  7. Proactive approach on generation Improvement.
  8. Plan and perform maintenance of installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
  9. Troubleshoot faults in AC & DC system and mechanical component.
  10. Comply with the maintenance schedule.
  11. Ensure all works are performed with Safe practices.
  12. Prepare DGR for the plant.
  13. Perform generation analysis.
  14. Preparing and verifying RCA, CAPA.
  15. Benchmarking and analysis of KPI such as Generation, Inverter performance, losses, auxiliary power consumption, PA, PR etc to maximize plant efficiency.
  16. Ensuring all calibration and testing works are executed on time.
  17. Planning of spares, Man power, Budget.
  18. Tracking F&S data with maximizing accuracy and minimizing DSM penalty.
  19. Resource allocation and optimum utilization of resource.
  20. Ensure module cleaning targets are met.
  21. Ensuring data telemetry smooth flow from Plant to SLDC.
  22. Executing CBM/PM/BM.
  23. Coordinating with OEMs for spares, AMC, warranty and service requests.
  24. Contract Management with Vendor/OEM.
  25. Conducting monthly JMR/AMR.
  26. Plant monitoring and ensuring healthiness of SCADA and WMS.
  27. Management of spares/ Man power/Budget.
  28. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual checks, tests and calibration to verify proper operation and conditions.
  29. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  30. Maintain accurate records of operation & maintenance and repairs.
  31. Provide detailed reports on system performance and any issues encountered.
  32. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.


Education Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in EE/EEE/EC


Experience:

Minimum 5-12 years or more experience in solar O&M.


Key Skills:

Good understanding of PV systems and Electrical Concepts of AC & DC.

Well aware about ground mount plant safety practices.

Well Proficient with hand and power tools and instruments used in solar Plants.

Ability to work in Indoors & outdoors in various weather conditions at site.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good physical condition.

Domain knowledge of MS office.

Risk Management.

Good communication skills.

Goal oriented.
