What You'll Do

As a Client Servicing Director, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the client servicing function for the Bangalore branch.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive strategic account growth , identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies .
  • Manage and mentor a team of servicing professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction .
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns , ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions .
  • Represent Tempest at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.
