We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our services team as the Director of Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee the development and implementation of service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of service professionals to achieve high performance standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve service quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
