Roles and Responsibilities:Business Development and Sales:Lead the development and execution of the business development strategy for Razorpay's export cross-border charterGenerate and qualify leads in customer segments requiring cross-border payment solutions, including e-commerce exporters, service providers, and freelancersDevelop new lead generation opportunities through direct selling and partner relationsEffectively pitch and acquire new customers for Razorpay's cross-border payment solutionsAchieve and exceed targeted sales goalsMarket Expansion and Product Development:Identify and evaluate new verticals for market expansion in the cross-border fintech spaceCollaborate with product teams to provide market insights and drive product improvementsStay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain Razorpay's competitive edgeStakeholder Management:Coordinate with multiple internal teams, including banking, marketing, and product, to achieve business objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with external partners and key clientsRepresent Razorpay at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesCustomer Engagement:Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retentionAddress complex customer issues and provide high-level support when neededGather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvementTeam Leadership and Development:Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and team goalsFoster a culture of innovation and excellence within the cross-border payments teamMandatory Skills for Qualification:8-15 years of professional experience in Business Development, Account Management, or SalesProven experience in the Payments Industry, Banking, or Fintech sectorDeep understanding of cross-border payment systems, regulations, and market trends is preferrableDemonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage high-performing teamsExceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levelsProven track record of P&L management and driving business growth through strategic planning and executionStrong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting financial data and using CRM systemsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field;
