We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in promoting our RPO solutions to prospective clients. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales objectives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and mutual satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of (X) years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment or human resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of the RPO market, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
