Responsibilities:

- Quick Learning of the Specific Project Objectives on the Assigned Project- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for government software projects, from initiation to closure.- Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans and timelines.- Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure project objectives are met.- Monitor and track project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.- Ensure Compliance of Contractual Obligations in Terms of Scope of Services, Delivery Schedules, Quality Standard Requirements, Documentation etc.- Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to provide project updates, highlight achievements, and address concerns.- Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Mentor and coach junior project management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.- Ensure that the Project Team complies with all requirements of Kran Quality Management System (QMS) including Daily Scrums, Weekly Team Meetings, Monthly Project Review Meetings, Schedule & Conduct Pre-Delivery Reviews & Audits, Close Open Non-Compliances, Facilitate External Quality Audits wherever required etc.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management (projects in Government Sector/ Public Sector/ Private Sector)- Experiencing in managing complex large-scale projects with a minimum project value of Rs. 50 crores.- Experience in leading a team of 100+ members both technical and other relevant departments.- Experience in end-to-end implementation and operation of centralized information systems/ ERP- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.- PMP/ Prince 2/ Scrum Master certified- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.- Experience with Microsoft Office and Project Tools.- Knowledge and experience in Public Finance Management System is preferred.
