Job Description :


We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects. As our Project Manager, is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior role at an organization and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist in preparing the project proposal, timeframe, schedule, and budget.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

- Schedule review meetings with clients and team members.

- Track project performance, specially to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

- Ensure that all the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.


- Report and escalate to management as needed.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development.

- Must have 2+ Years of proven experience in Project Manager role.

- Must have experience working with Agile methodologies.

- Must have a good understanding of SDLC.

- Must be a quick learner and have great aptitude.

- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid organizational including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

- Lead team members to ensure they are delivering work to the client's specifications.

Experience : 8+ years

Location : Trivandrum (WFO)
