About the Role:

If so, we encourage you to apply for the R&D Project Manager (Robotics) position at our company In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of new and innovative robotics solutions by leading and managing R&D projects from conception to Management & Planning:

- Develop comprehensive project plans that are meticulously aligned with the company's R&D strategies and timelines.

- Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zoho Projects, MS Project) to track project progress, monitor tasks, and facilitate seamless team collaboration.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including the R&D team, senior management, and external partners.

- Clearly communicate key project milestones, potential risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure everyone is aligned.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Foster a collaborative environment where technical teams (e.g., hardware, software, and systems engineering) work cohesively toward achieving project goals.

- Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, defining success metrics and clear objectives for each project phase.

Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance:

- Proactively identify potential project risks through robust risk assessment tools.

- Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to avoid delays and ensure project success.

- Guarantee adherence to all relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485), industry protocols, and safety regulations, particularly in the context of robotics development.

Reporting & Monitoring:

- Utilize dashboards and scorecards to effectively communicate project progress, financial updates, and resource allocation to stakeholders.

- Manage multiple R&D projects concurrently, optimizing resource utilization to achieve project goals on time and within budget.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in any R&D environment (Robotics experience strongly preferred).

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) required (Master's degree a plus).

- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (JIRA, Zoho Projects, MS Project).

- In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance principles and a commitment to ensuring safety in product development
