7.QualityImprovement:

- Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) and create action plans for underperformingareas.
- Work with clinical leadership tointegrate operational improvements with clinical careimprovements.
8.StakeholderManagement:
- Act as aliaison between the hospital administration medical staff and otherdepartments to ensure smooth communication andcollaboration.
- Work with external vendorssuppliers and partners to ensure quality services and contracts arein place.
- Collaborate with the marketing andcommunications teams to enhance the hospital s visibility andcommunityengagement.
- Developand implement emergency response plans to ensure operationalcontinuity during crises.
- Identify risks anddevelop strategies to mitigate operationalchallenges.
Qualifications:
- Education :Bachelor s degree in healthcare administrationbusiness
- management or a related field (Masterspreferred).
- Experience :2 years of experience in healthcare operations management or asimilarrole.
