Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Field Support- Level 2 (L2) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, and be capable of working independently in field environments, & supporting in Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure across multiple field locations.
  • Implement and configure routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues escalated from Level 1 support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware replacements and upgrades.
  • Document network configurations and maintain accurate records of field activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network support and implementation.
  • Valid CCNA certification is would be added advantage, .
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network security protocols.
  • Proficiency in configuring Cisco devices and network monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field assignments effectively.
