What you'll Do :
- Own & scale paid campaigns
across
Meta, Google, and NewsBreak
(search, display, video, app, shopping as relevant). - Continuously optimise
toward ROAS/CAC targets: audience, bids, budgets, creatives, placements, and landing pages. - Analyse data → act fast:
build dashboards, run cohort/geo/creative analyses, and double down on winners; cut waste. - Leverage AI & automation:
ChatGPT for copy/iterations, rules/alerts, scripts, and smart workflows to speed testing. - Experiment rigorously:
A/B tests on ads, creatives, LPs; maintain a structured experimentation backlog. - Collaborate cross-functionally
with Creative, Product, Sales, and Analytics to hit growth goals. - Report weekly
on pipeline/metrics, insights, and next actions.
What makes you a great fit
- Hands-on
with
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and NewsBreak Ads
(you've actually run and scaled campaigns). - Analytical problem-solver
—comfortable with Excel/Sheets, pivot tables, basic SQL or GA4/Looker Studio. - AI-savvy:
you use prompts, automations, and scripts to 10× output. - Education:
Bachelor's degree (quant/marketing preferred). Alumni from
IIT/IIM/NIT/PEC/ISB or other top-tier universities
are a plus—not a requirement. - Bonus:
Google/Meta certifications, GTM/GA4 expertise, creative testing chops, or marketplace/app UA experience.
