**Looking for Performance Marketer**

**Minimum Experience: 1+ Year Experience in Performance Marketing**

**Work from Office - Location - Gurgaon - Sector 18**

**Work from Office - Day Shift - Mon - Fri**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven performance marketer to scale and spearhead our performance marketing campaigns. As a key member of our growth-focused marketing team, you will be responsible for brand positioning, acquiring new users and maximizing ROI.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross functional teams, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- **Reporting and Insights**: Monitor, analyze and share regular reports and insights to key stakeholders on the performance marketing campaigns.
- **Data Analytics**: Use data to identify trends, insights and areas of improvement.
- **CRO(Conversion Rate Optimization)**: Contribute in optimizing, landing pages, user flows and conversion paths to improve customer acquisition, cost incurred and conversion rates.
- **Budget Planning Management**: Manage marketing budgets effectively, to ensure campaigns are delivering desired results.

**Experience (Must-have)**:

- Education: Bachelors in any field
- 1-5 yrs of experience in performance marketing
- Good at excel, data studio, and google analytics.
- Understanding and experience lead generation, conversion campaigns.
- Hands on Experience on Google Ads - (Search, UAC, Youtube) Facebook Ads, Bing Ads and others.
- Experience with A/B testing, running and measuring experiments.
- First Principle thinking with Innovation and Creativity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
