Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular communication with potential and existing clients, collaboration with internal teams, and staying updated on industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Market Research and Strategic Planning skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage business growth
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
