The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to lead our HR department at Urban Vault. This senior leadership role is crucial for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. The HRBP will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will be reporting to the Founders directly.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the team leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives, contributing to organizational success.
Talent Management: Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and technologies.
Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards while mitigating HR-related risks.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
Workplace Culture: Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
Training and Development: Oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resource management.
